When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day your order ships out of our warehouse. An authorization will be held on your card once you place your order.

There can be many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered incorrectly, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. My coupon code isn't working, what should I do?
If the coupon code you've entered does not work, please check that the code was entered correctly and that your order qualifies for the promotion. Also, be sure to click the apply button on the payment page of the checkout process. Coupons must be applied to your order at checkout to qualify for a promotion; promotional discounts cannot be applied once the order has submitted. if you love the way method men keeps you fresh and smelling swell, then subscribing to your favorite products make a lot of sense. you never have to worry about running low, and you save 10% the first time we deliver a fresh fave to your door.
how does a subscription work?
subscribing is simple. when you buy one of our products you can choose subscribe from the drop down menu and decide how often you want it delivered to you. once you are subscribed, we ship the product(s) you've chosen to you and charge the card saved to your account profile at the frequency you've chosen. by logging into your online account page, you can easily choose to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription. you can also edit the quantity of your subscription and your shipping address. you must make all changes at least 24 hours before the date your next order is due to ship (the date your shipment is due to occur can also be found on your account page). subscriptions are currently only available for all full-sized body wash products, but we’re working on that.

the good news about subscriptions is you’re in the driver’s seat. you can easily manage your subscription by logging into your online account page. from your account page you can choose to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription. you can edit the quantity of your subscription and your shipping address. you must make all changes at least 24 hours before the date your next order is due to ship (the date your shipment is due to occur can also be found on your account page).

How do I change my shipping address?
If you'd like to change the address on an existing order, please contact us ASAP using our contact form, or give us a call at 1-866-9-method. We process all orders very quickly once they are submitted, but we'll do our best to change a shipping address if possible. If you'd like to change the shipping address associated with your account, just log in to your account and click on "addresses" to add a new one.

how long will it take my order to arrive?

when do I need to have my order placed for expedited shipping?
overnight and second day orders must be submitted by 2 PM EST to be shipped out the same day.

at methodmen.com we don’t really do returns. after all, what would we do with a used bar of soap? if you’re not happy with your product within 30 days of receiving it, simply contact us and we’ll get to work on making things right.

deodorant? antiperspirant? what’s the difference?
antiperspirant actually prevents you from sweating by using aluminum salts to counteract sweat from your body’s sweat ducts. deodorant works by allowing your body to sweat but absorbing the moisture and counteracting the odor.
if I switch from anti-perspirant to method men deodorant will it take time to adjust?
it might take your body a little time to get used to method men deodorant, but most people should be able to switch quickly and easily. as long as you don’t have any adverse reaction we’d suggest allowing 2-4 weeks for your body to adjust before deciding if our deodorant works well for you.
what goes into method men deodorant?
we use baking soda and sage oil to help control odor, while elder extract, glyceryl caprylate and glyceryl laurate help stop odor-causing bacteria from forming. coconut oil and sunflower seed wax are in there to help the deodorant glide on smoothly.
could I have an adverse reaction if I use method men deodorant?
we use the highest quality ingredients in our deodorant and it’s tested to strict safety standards. if you use it as directed, you shouldn’t have any adverse experiences. everybody is unique though, so it’s a good idea to do a simple test on your skin before introducing method men deodorant into your routine.
can I buy method men products at any retail locations?
yes, you can buy most of our products at national retailers like Target, Walgreens and CVS. not every retail location sells all of our products, so it’s a good idea to call your local store to make sure they have what you want in stock.
